Consultation, Planning & Estimating: Our team of experienced designers will objectively review your fountain design concept with respect to flow characteristics, technical feasibility, equipment  requirements, sizing and selection, and prepare a good faith design and equipment budget estimate for your review. Whenever appropriate we will offer alternatives and ‘value engineering’ to address design and cost constraints.

Specifications & Drawings: Once your design is established and your order placed we will prepare detailed specification documents and complete scaled AutoCAD based shop drawings for your review and approval. Drawings include complete equipment lists, complete equipment installation details, installation notes, and all mechanical, hydraulic and electrical details pertinent to the fountain system.

Testing & Mock-ups: We have complete in-house testing capabilities including spray effect testing, flow and pressure testing, splash and over-spray analysis, and wind, sound and illumination testing. We will mock up and digitally videotape your concept for your review and approval before equipment is manufactured and delivered to your jobsite. 

Jobsite Visitation: Our team is available to visit your jobsite to review shop/installation drawings, monitor fountain installation progress, verify embed equipment location prior to concrete pour, and assist with system start up and adjustment at the end of the project.

Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Training: The project is not complete until the customer is presented with complete, project specific operation & maintenance manuals. Our manuals are comprehensive, project specific, bound and indexed for easy reference and available on CD. And if your project calls for it, we can come to your project to review the manual and personally train the owner’s maintenance personnel.
