Due to the highly specialized nature of our products, systems, and services, Roman Fountains' philosophy is to work directly with its clients and not through sales agents or representatives.
Based on 50 years of experience in the industry, we believe this is the best way to maintain the highest degree of accurate communication with our clients, and the most professional way to ensure the highest expectations of the architect and owner are met.
At the appropriate time on select projects, Roman Fountains personnel are prepared to visit personally with the client, architect, contractor, or owner to establish/review project goals and objectives, develop designs and concepts, review plans and specifications, monitor fountain construction progress, and assist the architect and contractor with system start-up adjustment and owner/operator training.
These services may be offered and performed on a "fee" basis, or as an overall part of the design, specification, and sale of our fountain systems, depending on the nature, scope, and progress of the project, and intent of the client.
